MGD Collectibles Shipping Policy

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic (Canada) Shipping: We ship via Canada Post and local couriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International (USA) Shipping – Duties & Taxes: MGD Collectibles ships to the United States using specialized cross-border couriers to ensure the safest delivery of your collectibles.

• Import Duties & Taxes: In accordance with 2026 US Customs regulations, all shipments entering the United States from Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees.

• Responsibility: All international duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MGD Collectibles does not collect these fees at checkout, and they may be billed to you by the carrier or US Customs upon entry into the country.

• Refusal of Package: If a customer refuses a package due to import duties or taxes, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred by MGD Collectibles will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping to PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes within Canada and the USA; however, certain oversized items (e.g., Case quantities) may require a physical address.
