MGD Collectibles Refund Policy

TCG Sealed Product (Pokémon, One Piece, etc.): Due to the nature of the collectible TCG market and the risk of tampering, all sales of sealed TCG products are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, or individual packs once the order has been processed for shipping.

Cancellations: Requests to cancel an order before it has shipped are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees. Once an item has been marked as shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at collectibles.mgd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened product and the shipping box. Note: Minor cosmetic "shelf wear" on factory shrink-wrap or outer cardboard packaging is not considered damage and does not qualify for a return.
